Shipping policy

We ship throughout Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State) and throughout Europe.

We use the following shipping carriers to deliver our products:

  • DHL for Italy and Europe (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State);

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays. Once an order is processed, it is prepared for shipment and handed over to the courier, who will deliver it according to the option selected at checkout.

We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, but during promotional events, around holidays, and during new product launches, processing times may reasonably be extended.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

For shipments within Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State), orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days at a cost of €5.90;
For shipments outside Italy but within Europe, orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days at a cost of €15.00.

 

If the shipment is to Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State) and the order value, excluding shipping costs, exceeds €70.00, shipping is free.

Shipments are made on business days, Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on Italian holidays. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary.

Order Tracking
Each order is assigned a unique tracking code, generated by the shipping company, which is visible in the shipment confirmation email and in your user account, if created. To track your package, please use the provided tracking code by entering it directly on the website of the shipping carrier responsible for delivering your order. The tracking code generally becomes active 24 business hours after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping company responsible for delivering your order using the contact information provided at the following address:

By explaining the situation and providing the tracking code we have given you, the carrier’s representative will certainly be able to find an appropriate solution.

Taxes and Duties
Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to them, including any fees owed to the shipping companies if the goods are ordered from our website. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs, as they are imposed by the local customs office, and we are therefore unable to assist with these procedures. We recommend checking the applicable import charges in any country before ordering products to be delivered to that country.
