Refund policy

If you have purchased a product on our website, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, that is, decide to return the product, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days of taking physical possession of the package containing the ordered product or, in the case of multiple items ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the date you take physical possession of the last product purchased.

If you have purchased a service, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order confirmation email, provided that the service has not yet been completed. Any Gift Card, where available, is considered a service.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
You may not exercise your right of withdrawal in the cases provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including:

In the case of the purchase of clearly personalized goods;
In the case of the purchase of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as cosmetics, or for reasons related to health protection, which have been opened after delivery.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal regarding the purchase of products that do not fall under the exclusions listed above, you must inform Eldan Cosmetics Italia S.r.l. of your intention to withdraw from the contract by sending an email to eldancosmetics@leprestige.com.

Product Return Procedures
Products must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive “as new” without any damage to the Product or the Product’s packaging. Products must be returned to Eldan Cosmetics Italia S.r.l., Strada Sora 47, 27100 Pavia (PV), without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you notified Eldan Cosmetics S.r.l. of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The Products must be returned to Eldan Cosmetics Italia S.r.l. in their original condition, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use, and any other items provided with them, by mail to the following address: Strada Sora 47, 27100 Pavia (PV).

Eldan Cosmetics Italia S.r.l. accepts only packages that are properly addressed.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Italian Consumer Code, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund in Case of Withdrawal
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, within the time limits and in accordance with the procedures established for returning products, you may choose, as requested at the time of sending the notice of withdrawal:

  • a refund of the amount paid for the returned products, credited back to the payment method used;
  • a credit equal to the price of the returned products in the form of an Online Voucher, usable only on the Website.

The refund of the product price (or the issuance of the Online Voucher) will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. Eldan Cosmetics Italia S.r.l. may withhold the refund or delay issuing the Online Voucher until it has received the returned products from the canceled order or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.


If the returned products show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, Eldan Cosmetics Italia S.r.l. may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their diminished value.
